NATO Deputy Secretary General to visit Latvia
The NATO Deputy Secretary General, Ambassador Alexander Vershbow will visit Riga on Thursday, 5 March 2015.
He will participate at the Interparliamentary Conference for the Common Foreign and Security Policy and the Common Security and Defence Policy where he will deliver a keynote speech.
During his visit, the Deputy Secretary General will hold bilateral meetings with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Edgars Rinkēvičs with the Minister of Defence, Mr. Raimonds Vejonis and with the State Secretary of the Ministery of Defence, Mr. Jānis Sārts.
There will be no media opportunity.
The speech will be published on the NATO website after delivery.
