The trip marked Admiral Cavo Dragone’s first time in the Gulf and his inaugural mission to a member of the Istanbul Cooperation Initiative (ICI), as CMC. During his stay, he also delivered remarks at the Mubarak Al-Abdullah Joint Command and Staff College (MAJCSC), visited the Salem Al-Sabah Air Base, and received a briefing at the NATO-Istanbul Cooperation Initiative Regional Centre in Kuwait (NIRC). |

NATO Defence College Field Studies Visit to NATO HQ on 19 March On 19 March, the NATO Defense College (NDC) conducted a Field Studies visit to NATO HQ, International Military Staff, providing a unique learning opportunity for the Senior Course (SC) and NATO Regional Cooperation Course (NRCC) participants. This visit, which is an integral part of the NDC curriculum, allows course members to engage with national, regional, and global decision-makers while gaining firsthand insights into security policies, armed forces, and cultural values. |

NATO Partners meet with International Military Staff in Bi-annual Meeting with Partners Brussels, NATO HQ, 26 February 2025 – The Cooperative Security Division of the NATO International Military Staff (IMS) hosted the first of its 2025 Bi-annual Meetings with Partner Military Representatives. Participants from 22 NATO Partner Nations and the European Union Military Staff discussed the outcomes of the January 2025 Military Committee in Chiefs of Defence Session and NATO’s continuing emphasis on Partners in the coming decades. The meeting was opened by the Director General of the International Military Staff, Lieutenant General Janusz Adamczak. The participants also met with the new Chair of the NATO Military Committee, Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone. |

Rohling opened the annual IMS Day with keynote speeches. Following their addresses to the staff, the IMS Day Exhibition, which showcased the history of NATO IMS, was unveiled. |
