L'amiral Stavridis, premier amiral à prendre les fonctions de SACEUR

L'amiral James Stavridis a succédé aujourd'hui au général John Craddock à la tête du Commandement allié Opérations (ACO), prenant ainsi les fonctions de Commandant suprême des Forces alliées en Europe (SACEUR).
