NATO Deputy Secretary General to visit the Republic of Bulgaria
The NATO Deputy Secretary General, the Honourable Rose Gottemoeller, will travel to Sofia on Friday, 4 May and Saturday, 5 May 2018.
Ms. Gottemoeller will have meetings with the Vice President, H.E. Mrs. Iliana Iotova, the Prime Minister, H.E. Mr. Boyko Borissov, the Deputy Prime Minister for Judicial Reform and Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Mrs. Ekaterina Zaharieva and the Deputy Prime Minister for Public Order and Security and Minister of Defence, H.E. Mr. Krasimir Karakachanov.
On Friday, the Deputy Secretary General will attend the Informal Meeting of EU Defence Ministers and will also participate in a panel discussion at the Sofia Security Conference “Towards a New EU Defence Identity”.
