Visit by the NATO Secretary General to the United States of America
NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jens Stoltenberg, will travel to Washington D.C. from Tuesday 12 to Friday 15 November 2019.
During his visit, the Secretary General will meet with the President of the United States of America, The Hon. Donald Trump on 14 November. He will also meet with the Secretary of State, The Hon. Mike Pompeo, as well as members of the United States Congress.
On 12 November, the Secretary General will receive the “Foreign Policy” Diplomat of the Year Award.
On 14 November, the Secretary General will deliver a keynote speech at the NATO Industry Forum. Video will be available on the NATO website.
The same day he will also participate in the extraordinary meeting of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS.
