Instructions for applicants

The NATO Public Diplomacy Division is constantly reviewing applications for co-sponsorship projects. Applicants will receive notification of the result of their application shortly afterwards. Organisers should submit projects to NATO no later than two months before the proposed date, using NATO’s official Request Forms. Following the event, a final report should be submitted using the official NATO form.

PLEASE NOTE THAT APPLICATIONS MAY BE SUBMITTED
IN EITHER ENGLISH OR FRENCH ONLY

All applications for communications projects in and for non-NATO Member Countries except those related to Russia and Ukraine should be sent to:
