Chapter 6: Logistic Support for Partnership for Peace (PfP)
Partner Involvement
604. The NAC established the Partnership Coordination
Cell (PCC) at Mons as a point of contact where Partner countries
can liaise and actively contribute to the coordination work for
PfP. The PCC, which is outside NATO's military structure,
stimulates and coordinates PfP implementation proposals by
NATO Military Authorities (NMAs) with nations. This task is
achieved in close coordination with the implementing bodies (Major NATO Commanders (NMCs), MC-subordinated agencies and organizations, NATO and Partner nations).
