Chapter 15: Fuels, Oils, Lubricants and Petroleum Handling Equipment Fuels Supply Planning in ACE and ACLANT 1510. The NPC in conjunction with ACE and ACLANT has produced a number of documents associated with fuels planning. A useful document is the Guide to Petroleum Policy in ACE and ACLANT which provides staff officers responsible for petroleum planning in nations and NMAs with the information they require to execute their task.
