Demining with French paratroops
 

This is happening in the hills surrounding Konjic. During the war, the confrontation line was here and the whole area was mined. Bosnian-Croat people were on the hills and Bosniacs were downtown.
The SFOR Informer was just notified at press time, that Warrant Officer Xavier Andréoli sustained fatal injuries while on a de-mining operation near Prozor. He was a member of the 17th Paratroops Engineers Regiment. The SFOR Informer shares the pain of his family, his regiment, French army and all of SFOR.

European journalists tour SFOR operations
 

Sarajevo - Nine journalists from places including Russia, France, Austria and Finland visited the Sarajevo area March 22 as part of a four-day tour. The first day of the tour was spent in Brussels, followed by a day at SHAPE and finally ending here.

Dog in the Spotlight
 

"Since 1995, this is the third time I have been posted in Sarajevo for a four-month mission," said the Belgian shepherd Fuc RZH 799. This explosive detector dog was incorporated in the French Air Force in 1993.
