The fight against terrorism is on the agenda of all international organisations. What is NATO's contribution? Is the Alliance a significant player? In this third Stopwatch video forum a panel of experts talks about what NATO is doing and debates whether the Alliance is in fact making an effective contribution to the overall international effort.

The experts taking part were:

  • Mr. Marshall S. Billingslea, NATO Assistant Secretary General for Defence Investment
  • Lt.Col. Alan Livingstone, Intelligence Division, NATO International Military Staff
  • Mrs. May-Britt Stumbaum, Forum European Foreign and Security Policy at the Mission Statement of the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP)
