The fight against terrorism is on the agenda of all international organisations. What is NATO's contribution? Is the Alliance a significant player? In this third Stopwatch video forum a panel of experts talks about what NATO is doing and debates whether the Alliance is in fact making an effective contribution to the overall international effort.
