Please, note the following:
- Applications are accepted only by e-mail unless the advertisement states something different.
- Candidates are recommended to request a read receipt. The procedure in Outlook Express is:
- on the message click on the folding menu “Tools”
- and then on the property “Request Read Receipt”.
- The information about the schedule of the recruitment process is published in our web.
- The candidates that are not short listed for interview will not be notified. Those short listed will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail after the decision of the Board. Consequently, a candidate that has not received an invitation for a test two weeks before the date should consider him/herself out of the process.
- The unsuccessful applications will be kept in our files for five years for audit purposes.
- The candidates that are considered alternates may be offered the post if the selected one fail to pass his/her probationary period that is normally the first three months of the contract.
