Last Winter Warfare Training for soldiers and families

Allied Headquarters Force Command Heidelberg (FCHD) members and their families, approximately 300 people, participated in their last Winter Warfare Training (WWT) between January 17th and January 25th. The training was divided into two sessions and took place in the German Alps area around Füssen and in the Austrian area of Tirol.

The NATO Spouses Club has served as a means for Allied Force Command Heidelberg spouses, whether new to the organization or long-time members, to come together in a sense of fellowship. This has meant exploring local sites such as Speyer, Worms, places nearby in France and a Rhein-Neckar river tour.
