Conference to examine NATO’s transformation Key links Alliance Command Transformation (ACT) Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) A major conference in London, 20-21 July, will bring together NATO representatives, government and industry leaders as well as academics to analyse the Alliance’s transformation. It will also analyse NATO priorities for the years ahead. The conference, hosted by the Royal United Services Institute and supported by Alliance Command Transformation, has been endorsed as significant milestone on the way to NATO’s Riga Summit in November. The conference will address the full range of issues associated with transformation – the NATO Response Force, effects-based planning, NATO’s Afghanistan mission, improving the Alliance’s operations capabilities, strengthening its partnerships and defining future priorities.
