General Kujat visits Moscow General Harald Kujat, Chairman of the Military Committee, NATO's highest military authority, is visiting Moscow, 22-23 October. This is General Kujat's first visit to the Russian Federation as Chairman of the Military Committee. The purpose of his visit is to deepen relations between NATO's military authorities and those of the Russian Federation and discuss matters of common military interest.
