Remarks by Vaclav Havel, President of the Czech Republic Monsieur le Président, cher Jacques, Mr. Secretary-General, dear George, Ladies and gentlemen, I thank you for your kind words and primarily for this gift that you have presented to me on behalf of the allies. Please believe me that it has truly been a great and wonderful surprise. I am most gratified and moved. Let me also say that success of our Prague Summit meeting will be a no less wonderful - though initially less visible - gift to me at this time as my presidency draws to a close.
