Barry Adams is an American Councils for International Education advanced research fellow in Moscow, Russia, and worked at NATO between September 2002 and March 2004.

Chris Donnelly is a senior fellow at the UK Defence Academy in Shrivenham, England, and was special adviser on Central and Eastern Europe to four NATO Secretaries General between 1989 and 2003.

General James L. Jones is Supreme Allied Commander, Europe and Commander of the US European Command.

Mohamed Kadry Said is a military and technical adviser at the Al-Ahram Center for Political and Strategic Studies in Cairo, Egypt, and a retired general.

Robert Weaver is head of the Euro-Atlantic Partnership and Cooperation Section in NATO's Political Affairs and Security Policy Division.
