NATO Deputy Secretary General visits Kuwait

On 27 January 2009 the NATO Deputy Secretary General Ambassador Claudio Bisogniero will pay an official visit to Kuwait in the framework of the Istanbul Cooperation Initiative.

During the visit, the Deputy Secretary General will have bilateral talks with His Higness Sheikh Nasser Mohammed Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, the Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait; H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait; and with H.E. Sheikh Thamer Ali Al-Sabah, Vice President of the Kuwaiti National Security Bureau.

During the visit, the Deputy Secretary General of NATO will also deliver a speech at the Kuwait Institute of Diplomacy, in Kuwait City.
