NATO Secretary General to United Nations General Assembly

The Secretary General of NATO, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will visit the United Nations Headquarters in New York, on 22-26 September 2008.

During his visit, the Secretary General will meet with United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and other high ranking UN officials.  He will hold consultations with a number of heads of state and government, as well as with ministers and heads of other international organizations.
