Secretary General to visit Latvia

The Secretary General of NATO, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will travel to Riga on Friday, 12 September 2008. His schedule will include bilateral consultations with the President of Latvia, H.E. Valdis Zatlers, and a meeting with the Foreign Ministers of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.  The Secretary General will also take part in observing the naval exercise Open Spirit 2008.
