NATO Secretary General to visit Iceland
8 and 9 October 2007

The Secretary General of NATO, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will visit Reykjavik on  Monday 8 October 2007.

During his visit, the Secretary General will meet with the Prime Minister, Mr. Geir H. Haarde, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mrs. Ingibjörg Sólrún Gīsladóttir.

The Secretary General will also give a keynote address at the Annual Meeting of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Reykjavik on Tuesday 9 October.
