NATO Secretary General to attend the ceremony of the Certification of the High Readiness Force in Lille, France

The Secretary General of NATO, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer will attend the High Readiness Force Certification ceremony at the Rapid Reaction Corps Headquarters in Lille, France (with transfer of Command between LtGen De Kermabon and Major General Damay) on Thursday 5th July.  On this occasion, the Secretary General will also meet with the French Minister of Defence, Mr. Hervé Morin.
