Montenegro to join Partnership for Peace Background Partnership for Peace The President of Montenegro, Mr. Filip Vujanovic, will visit the NATO Headquarters on Thursday, 14 December for a meeting with the North Atlantic Council.  During this meeting, President Vujanovic will sign the Framework Document for the accession of Montenegro to the Partnership for Peace Programme.
