Secretary General to visit Russia Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, the Secretary General of NATO, will travel to Moscow on 25-26th October 2006. During his visit he will meet President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, Defence Minister Sergei Ivanov, Secretary of the Security Council Igor Ivanov, Deputy Speaker of the Duma Lyubov Sliska and other members of the parliament and government.
