NATO Secretary General to visit Croatia and Albania Thursday, 6 July 2006 The NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will visit Zagreb and Tirana on Thursday, 6 July 2006 . In Zagreb , the Secretary General will meet with President Stjepan Mesić, with Prime Minister Ivo Sanader, with Minister of Foreign Affairs Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovićand with Minister of Defence Berislav Rončević. In Tirana, the Secretary General will meet with President Alfred Moisiu, with Prime Minister Sali Berisha, with Minister of Foreign Affairs Besnik Mustafaj and with Minister of Defence Fatmir Mediu. The Secretary General will also deliver a speech at the Albanian Parliament and meet with the Speaker Ms. Jozefina Topalli.
