North Atlantic Council to observe NRF Exercise in Cape Verde News 16 June 2006 - NATO NATO tests expeditionary force Background NATO Response Force External link Website of Exercise "Steadfast Jaguar 2006" The North Atlantic Council (NAC) will travel to Cape Verde on 22-23 June 2006. Members of the NAC will observe the NATO Response Force (NRF) Exercise Steadfast Jaguar 06. The NAC is the senior decision-making body of NATO, comprising the 26 NATO Permanent Representatives, chaired by the Secretary General, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer. During his visit the Secretary General will also hold meetings with the leadership of the Cape Verde government.
