NATO Secretary General to visit Stavanger, Norway The Secretary General of NATO, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will travel to Stavanger, Norway on Wednesday 21st June and Thursday 22nd June 2006. The Secretary General will participate in the SACT Seminar 2006 on “Delivering Transformation”. The Secretary General will also meet with the Norwegian Minister of Defence Mrs. Anne-Grete Strøm-Erichsen and will deliver the seminar address.
