NATO Secretary General to visit Norway The Secretary General of NATO, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will travel to Oslo on Friday 3 March 2006. The Secretary General will meet with the Norwegian Prime Minister, Mr. Jens Stoltenberg, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Jonas Gahr Støre, Minister of Defence, Mrs. Anne-Grethe Strom-Erichsen and with members of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee of Defence. Moreover, the Secretary General will give a speech at the University of Oslo.
