NATO Secretary General to visit Italy The Secretary General of NATO, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will travel to Rome on Tuesday 21st February, 2006 to attend the ceremony for the 40 th Anniversary of the NATO Defence College, based in Rome. The Secretary General will also meet with President, Mr. Carlo Azeglio Ciampi, Prime Minister Dr. Silvio Berlusconi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Gianfranco Fini, Minister of Defence, Mr. Antonio Martino and the President of the Senate, Professor Marcello Pera.
