NATO Secretary General to visit Germany The Secretary General of NATO, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will travel to Berlin on Friday, February 17, 2006. The Secretary General will meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier and with the Minister of the Interior, Dr. Wolfgang Schäuble.
