NATO Secretary General to visit Paris On Thursday, 2 February, the NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will be in Paris to meet with French Defence Minister, Mrs. Michèle Alliot-Marie. The Secretary General will also address the representatives of the media at the European American Press Club at 15.30 hrs. The programme of the visit is subject to change.
