NATO Secretary General to visit Italy The Secretary General of NATO, M. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will travel to Rome on Wednesday, 1 December 2004. He will meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, M. Gianfranco Fini. He will also meet with the President of Albania, H.E. Alfred Moisiu, the President of Croatia, H.E. Stjepan Mesic and the President of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia(1) , H.E. Branko Crvenkovski. The Secretary General will also attend the Atlantic Treaty Association Conference (ATA) in Rome where he will deliver a keynote speech.
