NATO Secretary General to visit Algeria The Secretary General of NATO Mr Jaap de Hoop Scheffer will visit Algeria on 25 November 2004. During this visit, the Secretary General will meet the President of Algeria Abdelaziz Bouteflika and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdelaziz Belkhadem. The Secretary General will also give a speech at the Club des Pins.
