NATO Secretary General to visit Latvia Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, the Secretary General of NATO, will travel to Riga on Friday, 19 November 2004. The Secretary General will be presented with the Order of Three Stars by President
Vaira Vike-Freiberga. During his stay in Latvia Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer
will also meet with Prime Minister Indulis Emsis and Defence Minister
