NATO Secretary General to visit Azerbaijan The NATO Secretary General, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will travel to Baky on Friday, 5 November 2004. He will meet with President Ilham Aliyev, with Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov, with Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov, with Minister of Defence Safar Abiyev and with the members of the Committee on NATO-Azerbaijan Cooperation.
