Communiqué de Presse (2004)034 10 March 2004	NATO Secretary General to visit Lithuania The Secretary General of NATO, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will travel to Vilnius, Lithuania on 12 March 2004. He will meet President Rolandas Paksas, Prime Minister Algirdas Brazauskas, Chairman of the Seimas Arturas Paulauskas and other members of parliament, as well as Foreign Minister Antanas Valionis and Defence Minister Linas Linkevicius.
