Communiqué de Presse (2004)033 10 March 2004	NATO Secretary General to visit Estonia The Secretary General of NATO, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will travel to Tallinn, Estonia on 11-12 March 2004. He will meet Arnold Ruutel, Prime Minister Juhan Parts, Foreign Minister Kristiina Ojuland and Defence Minister Margus Hanson. The Secretary General will also visit Joint-Staff HQ.
