North Atlantic Council meeting with the Political and Security Committee of the European Union The North Atlantic Council (NAC) and the Political and Security Committee (PSC) of the European Union will meet at 16:00 hours on Wednesday, 10 March 2004, at the NATO Headquarters in Brussels. The NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, the PSC Chairman, Ambassador Declan Kelleher and the EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, Mr. Javier Solana will jointly take questions from the press at the end of the meeting, around 18:00 hours, at the NATO main entrance.
