Visit to NATO by Mr. Jean-François Arnault, Acting Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations in Afghanistan The Acting Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations in Afghanistan, Mr. Jean-François Arnault, will visit the NATO Headquarters on Wednesday 14 January 2004. He will meet with the Secretary General Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer and address the North Atlantic Council with the participation of non-NATO ISAF contributing countries.
