NATO Secretary General visit to Kosovo 17 November 2003 The Secretary General of NATO, Lord Robertson, will travel to Kosovo on Monday, 17 November 2003. He will meet the Commander of KFOR General Kammerhoff and the UN SRSG Harri Holkeri as well as President Ibrahim Rugova, the President of the Assembly Mr. Nexhat Daci and the Prime Minister Mr. Bajram Rexhepi .
