NATO Secretary General to visit Switzerland 13 October 2003 The Secretary General of NATO, Lord Robertson, will be travelling to Switzerland on 13 October 2003. In Berne, he will meet with the President of the Swiss Confederation, Pascal Couchepin, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Micheline Calmy-Rey and with the Minister of Defence Samuel Schmid. In Geneva, the Secretary General will address the Geneva Centre for Security Policy.
