NATO Secretary General to Address IRIS in Paris on 12 March The Secretary General of NATO, Lord Robertson of Port Ellen, will address the Seventh annual strategic conferences organized in Paris by the Institut de Relations Internationales et Stratégiques (IRIS) in on Tuesday, 12 March. He will also have talks with French Defence Minister Alain Richard.
