The Secretary General of NATO to Visit Estonia On 29 November 2001, the Secretary General of NATO, Lord Robertson, will visit Estonia. During his stay in Tallinn he will meet President Arnold Ruutel, Prime Minister Mart Laar, Minister of Foreign Affairs Toomas Hendrik Ilves, Minister of Defence Juri Luik, as well as members of parliament.
