NATO Secretary General to visit Bulgaria The Secretary General of NATO, Lord Robertson, will give an opening speech at the Summit on the Contribution of New Democracies to Euro-Atlantic Security, taking place in Sofia on Thursday, 4 and Friday, 5 October 2001. On this occasion, LordRobertson will also meet with the President of Bulgaria, H.E. Petar Stoyanov, the Prime minister H.E. Simeon Saxe-Coburg Gotha as well as with the Heads of State of the Vilnius group.
