Visit to NATO by the former Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations in Kosovo, Dr. Bernard Kouchner, on 30 January 2001 Dr. Bernard Kouchner, the former Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations in Kosovo, will visit NATO on Tuesday, 30 January 2001. He will meet with the NATO Secretary General, Lord Robertson, and will address the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council and representatives of KFOR contributing nations. Accreditation Journalists wishing to cover the visit will be allowed into the NATO premises on presentation of a NATO accreditation pass or a valid press pass.
