to NATO by The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ireland, Mr. David
Andrews,

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ireland,
Mr. David Andrews, will come to NATO Headquarters on 1 December 1999 to
sign the Partnership for Peace (PfP) Framework Document and submit Ireland's
PfP Presentation Document. He will meet the Secretary General, Lord Robertson,
and the Permanent Representatives to the North Atlantic Council. The visit
will begin at 9:50. Mr. Andrews' departure is expected at 10:15.

of the limited space available, only a limited pool will be authorized

Room 1 : North Atlantic Council session. Introductory remarks by
the Secretary General, followed by Mr. Andrews' reply. Signing of
Partnership for Peace Framework Document by the Minister of Foreign
Affairs of Ireland. Coverage within the conference room by a limited
pool. |
Accreditation
