NATO Secretary General, Dr. Javier Solana, to visit Portugal The Secretary General of NATO, Dr. Javier Solana, will visit Portugal on Friday 12 March 1999. During his visit, the Secretary General will meet with the Prime Minister, Mr. Antonio Manuel de Oliveira Guterres, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Jose Matos da Gama. He will also deliver a speech at the Institute of National Defence.
