NATO Secretary General's Official Visit to France NATO Secretary General, Dr. Javier Solana, will pay an official visit to France on Sunday, 18 October and Monday, 19 October. On the evening of 18 October, the Secretary General will participate in the colloquium of the "Cit de la Russite", organized at the Sorbonne on the subject of Human Rights. On 19 October, the Secretary General will meet with the President of the Republic, Mr. Jacques Chirac, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Hubert Vdrine and the Minister of Defence, Mr. Alain Richard.
