NATO Secretary General's visit to France NATO Secretary General, Dr. Javier Solana will pay an official visit to France on Wednesday, 8 and Thursday, 9 April 1998. During his visit, the Secretary General will meet with the Prime Minister, Mr. Lionel Jospin, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Hubert Vdrine and the Minister of Defence, Mr. Alain Richard. In the afternoon of Wednesday, 8 April, Dr. Solana will address the Foreign Affairs and Defence Committees of the National Assembly.
