NATO Secretary General to visit Portugal
The Secretary General of NATO, Dr. Javier Solana, will pay an official visit to Portugal on Monday, 25 November 1996. Dr. Solana will first visit the IBERLANT Headquarters and will then meet with the Prime Minister, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Defence. In the afternoon, he will address the IEEI (Instituto de Estudos Estrategicos e Internacionais).
