NATO Secretary General To Visit The United States The Secretary General of NATO, Dr. Javier Solana, will pay an official visit to the United States from Wednesday 13 November to Friday 15 November. During the visit, Dr. Solana will meet the Secretaries of State and Defense and Senior Administration Officials. He will also confer with Members of Congress. On Wednesday 13 November, the Secretary General will address the Atlantic Council at a dinner honouring Senator Sam Nunn. On Friday 15 November, the Secretary General will give a speech at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. The programme is subject to change.
